Lynn donates bikes to charity

For the year 2016, I decided I wanted to do something to give back to the community. For every home sold, I donated a bicycle to Family & Children Services of Leeds and Lanark. Working together with Canadian Tire in Brockville and their wonderful selection of bicycles, we were able to donate 40 bicycles to children in this community!  I want to thank each and every buyer and seller who helped me on this journey.

P.S. I was having a wild windy hair day)

    Lynn Vardy is a wonderful person and a fabulous realtor, we had absolutely no issues. She took care of everything we... required to sell our piece of vacant land.     Lynn has set our mind at ease when selling our home. She has guided us through the process. During the accepting or... passing on any offers she outlined the pros and cons. We changed the selling contract to accommodate the abundance of offers where instead of scrambling with offers that expire within hours to viewing all offers up until a particular date and time. We were selling our parents home and since our schedules were different this gave us time to get together and discuss. The process was perfect for us. Much appreciated.Davidread more

    After months, actually a couple years, I said ok, let's put my place up for sale! Lynn is so supportive, I was listing... January, and I couldn't believe it , sold within a couple days!     We saw Lynn's signs and did some quick checks on line and haven't regretted our decision to have Lynn sell our home.... Lynn is an honest and straight forward realtor that gave us the tools to sell our home fast and at fair market value. Lynn is easy to talk to (Shes from Newfoundland so she likes to talk!!).
