Ottawa & Lanark County Real Estate Market Update April 2024 statistics are in for another month.
We are still waiting on those decrease in interest rates but nothing so far. Doesn’t seem to be affecting the spring market thou as it’s in full swing.
The number of homes sold in Ottawa year to date is 2213 and Lanark County were 329 and the average sales price is trending at 2% increase in Ottawa and a 5% increase in Lanark County compared to 2023.
The average day on market (DOM) are about 20 days more for last year at the same time period.
