This website is run by Lynn Vardy, REALTOR® with RE/MAX Boardwalk Realty. This page explains how I handle your personal information under Canada’s privacy law, PIPEDA.
What I collect and why
When you fill out a form or leave a comment, I collect what you enter, like your name, email and phone number. I use it to answer you, send you what you asked for and help you buy or sell a home. If you sign up for a guide, I’ll also send you emails about that topic.
This site also uses cookies. They show me how people use the site. If I run ads, they also help show my ads to people who have visited. You can block cookies in your browser settings.
Who I share it with
I never sell your information. I only share it with the services that help me run my business, like my website host, client database and email system. I may also share it with my brokerage when it’s needed for a real estate deal, or if the law requires it.
Some of these services may store data outside Canada. If so, it may be subject to the laws there.
Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messages
If you tick the box to get calls and texts, I’ll text you about real estate services, like answering your questions, booking showings and sending reminders or updates.
How often I text depends on what we’re working on. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, so check with your wireless provider about your plan.

Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
I don’t sell phone numbers. Your mobile number and your consent to receive texts will never be shared with anyone for marketing or promotional purposes.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from my emails at any time. You can also ask to see, fix or delete the information I have about you.
